What do you do to improve sleep? The first thing that I do to improve sleep is pray. The second thing that I do to improve sleep is take my medication called melatonin about two hours before I go directly to sleep. Third, I usually read the Bible or watch television for a little while. Finally, I would call my AA Sponsor and talk to him about working the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous. Afterwards, if that doesn’t would drink some SleepyTime tea.
