What is one way you have grown this year 🤔?  I have grown physically because I have gained 65 pounds within a 5 month period.  I know that I might not have grown as far as height is concerned, but my lower body has expanded because of the weight gain.   Another way that I have grown is mentally because I have been taking brain supplements on a daily basis.  I am more aware of mental mistakes than usual.   As far as from an academic level is concerned; I am a very deep thinker because I am applying the things that I have learned years ago into practice.   One more way that I have grown is spiritually because I have been entuned by doing my homework on a daily basis.   I am reading biblical scriptures each day as well.  Next, I really have been overthinking quite a lot lately.  This is because I have been weighing my alternatives better each day of the week. Even though I am a C+ average student who has an above average 🤔  IQ.  I have been consulting with God and Jesus Jesus Christ 🙌 on a daily basis 🙏.  I also have been consulting with members of clergy on a regular basis as well.  From a consultation perspective; I have managed to talk to elder members who are in my family each day for personal advice and I receive 🙌 🙏 ❤️ their advice each day of the week.  I am thinking about whole lot more without acting or reacting each day.  I have learned how to listen and respect constructive criticism a whole lot better than usual.  I have been listening more before reacting and I review what other people are saying in advance.  I also ask questions before I do something in advance.  Further, I really have been giving advice to other people in advance; so that my family members and friends worldwide 🌐 💜 can realize the things before they are more aware of things before they go somewhere in advance. However they have to decide for themselves whether or not they are going to engage in activities before they participate in it.  I have learned from experience that you have to consult with God and Jesus Christ 🙏 🙌 ❤️ in advance 🙏 🙌.   I do not ask anyone for directions because I receive them in advance myself by receiving a printout of a map of any city or area in advance.   Finally I have grown psychologically because I am taking my medication on a daily basis.   Although I have been prescribed too much medication by several doctors and specialist because I am suffering from multiple health issues right now.  I really do need to take better care of myself because I tend to be too complacent and I procrastinate on a regular basis.  I will admit that I really tend to wait until things get out of hand before I react to it.  In Conclusion I have been cleaning up my apartment when I get ready.  In Summary I have grown physically mentally psychologically spiritually and emotionally and academically because I am applying what I have learned in the past into practice each day of the week. I am an active listener and I am asking a whole lot of questions as well as receiving advice from members of clergy and pastors each day of the week.
