My Name is Anthony Joseph Hopkins

Good Day Everyone!!  My name is Anthony Joseph Hopkins and I am from Dayton, Ohio.  I want to inform everyone that I am an Author and a Blogger for the moment.  I am a 58-year-old man who suffers from several physical ailments.  For Example, I suffer from Diabetes, Glaucoma, Stomach Ulcers, Schizoid Affective Disorder, and Schizophrenia. 

Next, I am 5’11” and I weigh 283 pounds.  I live at 2765 Wentworth Avenue #607 Dayton, Ohio 45406.  I graduated from the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio.  My graduation class is 1993 & 1995 respectively.  I am a person who is highly intelligent, smart, and wise before my time.  I am a person who helps other people, and I love pets.  I love everything of God’s Creation.

Further, I have a total of 5 brothers and 2 sisters right now.  One of my sisters passed away 7 years ago.  My mother passed away one month after my sister.  I have to keep everything confidential because I have to ask my family members whether or not I can put their names in my essays.

Moreover, I want to say that I have come a very long way.  I have to keep certain things to myself because I can get into trouble.  I know that I am a person who lived in the Toledo, Ohio Area from September 1, 1990 through June 14, 1996.  When I arrived in the Toledo, Ohio Area, I completed 90 days of drug and alcohol treatment at the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center from June 1, 1990 to September 1, 1990.

In Addition, I have been clean and sober for 34 years as of May 2, 1990.  I used to be an alcoholic and addict for a total of 18 years.  From 1972 through 1990, I was an alcoholic and drug addict.  I have come a very long way in my life.

Also, I used to abhor school to the point that I graduated from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School at the age of 20 years old.  I graduated from high school 3 years late.  This is simply because I used to be truant from school for 3 years.  I used to play basketball in Middle School as well as joined the NJROTC at Nettie Lee Roth High School in Dayton, Ohio.

Meanwhile, I really used to call myself talking to women during that time, but I did not achieve any success with women because at that time, I was immature.  I do not have any children.  I have been involved in 2 relationships with women.  My first relationship only lasted 9 months and 14 days because of infidelity.

However, I want to inform all of you that I have to resolve all of my discrepancies with people, and Institutions that I was once housed for a specified period of time for behavioral problems.  I also got into several physical altercations during a 25-year period.  I remember on January 14, 1997: I got my jaw fractured because of a street fight that I was involved in with a much older man.

 My jaw was repaired on October 30, 2006 when I was living in Charlotte, NC.  I had surgery at Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte, NC at 7:00AM.  I had to stay in the hospital for a few days because I had a trachea inside of my throat.  The surgery lasted for 6 hours.  The surgery went well.

My next operation at Presbyterian Hospital took place on June 6, 2007.  I had Sinus Surgery on that day because my sinus passages were clogged.  I ended up staying at home from work for 3 months.  I had to stay away from work because I had surgery inside of my brain.  The doctor told me that I had surgery inside of my brain.  My sinuses were messed up because I had a broken nose for several years.

My hernia operation took place on July 6, 2007 because I had a hernia on my right side of my groin.  My left side surgery took place on May 4, 1990 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio.  I had to stay inside of the hospital because my main bowel was severed during surgery.

As far as employment is concerned, I used to work as a Youth Counselor at the Jerusalem Outreach Center in the Toledo, Ohio Area.  I worked at the agency as a youth counselor and a counselor assistant.  I was hired 2 days after my college graduation in June 14, 1993.  I completed my Internship at the agency and I earned an A+ for my grade.  My supervisor stated that I would make a great counselor.

My other places of employment, I worked at the University of Toledo Carlson Library for 4 years as a Library Book Shelver.  I worked a total of 2 jobs at that time.  I also completed my Bachelors of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Toledo Bancroft Street Campus. 

I used to work as a Bagger at Kroger Grocery Store in Dayton, Ohio.  I also had a lot of fun at my jobs.  I also used to work at the Sinclair Community College Bookstore and the Psychology Lab at Sinclair College.  I also worked at the University of Toledo Bookstore and as an Usher during the events at Savage Hall.  I had a lot of fun.  I used to spectate the events at Savage Hall. 

Finally, I used to live in Charlotte, NC for 12 years.  I had a lot of fun working at the J Murray Atkins Library at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  I worked at the Library for a total of 8 years.  I have worked at various agencies and temporary jobs in the Charlotte, NC Area.  Therefore, my life has been filled with ups and downs.

In Conclusion, I had a very productive career as a Library Staff Person and Bookstore Employee as well.  I have published 3 books within a 23-year period.  My Books are Called: Essays, My Grace is Sufficient for Me, and The Best of Anthony Hopkins.  I have a lot of skills as far as using computers is concerned.  My current employer is Author House Publications in Bloomington, Indiana.  I had a lot of fun writing books and staying out of trouble.

In Summary, I can say that I am a very honest person.  I am very transparent.  I am a person who will show you better than I can tell you.  I really mean business because I have had a lot of fun in my life.

 There were times when I was incarcerated for Theft by Deception 2 Counts and a whole lot of Hospital Stays at the Area Mental Health located on 508 Billingsley Rd Charlotte, NC 28205.  I have been staying out of trouble during an 8-year period.  I have been hospitalized at Broughton State Psychiatric Hospital for 5 weeks back in 2009.  I was hospitalized at the Summit Behavior Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. 

In Summary, I have bad credit because of my Student Loan Debt of $28,000 dollars with the William and Fudge Collection Agency in Rock Hill SC.  This is simply because of my debts from school.  I have come a very long way in my personal life.

I have had one successful relationship with a very nice Southern Young Lady.  Our Relationship lasted for 9 years.  She used to attend all of my AA Meetings and Meetings with the Adult Children of Alcoholics.  I also used to be a member of Emotions Anonymous as well for 30 years now.  I had been Court Ordered to Anger Management in Charlotte, NC and Dayton, Ohio for a total of 16 years. 

The only thing that I can say is that recovery is a lifelong process.  It is a job trying to remain clean and sober.  I really love my AA Meetings and NAMI Connections in Charlotte, NC and Dayton, Ohio.  I know that God loves me and it is God who is saving me from myself. 

I have been trying to avoid moving inside of areas where it is crime ridden.  I have been living inside of my apartment complex at Wentworth Hi Rise Apartments in Dayton, Ohio.  I know that I am the oldest of my mother’s 9 children.  My grandparents raised me for a total of 17 years of my life.  I know that my Grandparents House is Still Standing right now. 

My life has not been very easy!!  My mother told me to my face that I would end up catching hell in the process.  I had to stay out of trouble for a total of 9 years now.  Although I used to hate school, but I have achieved a lot of success in college than in high school. 

My GPA in high school was a 1.1; whereas my overall GPA in college was a 2.41.  I am a person who has a learning disability.  I really do not like math and logic.  I am an Analytical Person.  I just do not like math, logic and economics.  I know how to pass these classes, but my biggest problem is myself.  My father refused to acknowledged me as his son.  My father is a Caucasian man.  I do not know his name.  It is that I was told that my father was a man that I cannot mention.  This is simply because he has 12 children of his own.  This is what I was told by my grandparents.

I also was born with alcohol inside of my bloodstream as a baby.  I did not know that I have a gene inside of my body that makes me susceptible to getting Alzheimer’s and Dementia.  I have a different father compared to my siblings.  I am a person who has an average IQ.  I know that my mother was gifted as a child and adult.  My mother used to help me with my homework while I was in school. 

My mother graduated from Roosevelt High School in Dayton, Ohio class of 1961.  She had given birth to me 4 years later.  My mother and family members were gifted.  I supposed that my life spiraled upside down when I became an adult because I really was apathetic. 

I was a person who used to be all by myself when I was an adult.  I used to sleep outside in Toledo, Dayton, and Charlotte.  I know how to survive from being in the Boy Scouts.  I know that my life consisted of hanging around with the wrong people.  I want all of you to know that my life was very interesting.  I really attempted suicide when I got scammed out of money.  I lost a total of $23,000 dollars by people that I did not know.  One of my ex-girlfriends scammed me out of $4,000 dollars from 1989 through 1990. 

I also got scammed by some Africans who live in Ghana and Nigeria.  From March 13, 2008 to February 28, 2010.  I am a person who will not argue with anyone.  I love God, Jesus Christ, and other people.  Otherwise, I love the Lord Jesus Christ.  I also forgiven everyone who used to beat me up from 1972 to 1997.  I love Jesus Christ and all of His Creation.  God Bless All of You.  Thank You for Reading My Essay.
