I have been deceptive since I was a child. I made a mistake by cutting my sister’s hair with a pair of scissors. I have done so much in my life that I am writing a book called The Life and Times of Anthony Joseph Hopkins. This is my autobiography. I am sharing with everyone my Life. I know that I have been abused as a child. I remember being verbally and physically abused by my stepfather. I have been deceptive when I was a child by stealing from my own mother. I even spent a lot of money on sex. I did spend three years inside of a Crack House in North Toledo, Ohio. At least I graduated from College. Even though I lived there and I was entertaining the women inside of the house. I was a fornicator for almost 30 years. I have not had sex in 12 years now. I have spent money as well as food stamps for sex.

Finally, I got myself into a lot of trouble by going to the Mental Health Facilities in Charlotte, NC and Dayton, Ohio. I have been inside of the Facilities for a total of 25 years now. I have been telling lies just to get locked up. To be honest with God and all of you, I became Institutionalized for 25 years now. I remember on Tuesday July 15, 1997, I spent a week inside of the Center for Behavior Health located on 501 Billingsley Road in Charlotte NC. I also spent 6 weeks inside of Broughton State Psychiatric Hospital for non compliance. I stayed in there for fighting the Staff at The Center for Behavior Health. I ended up getting into a fist fight with the police officer, who tried to put handcuffs on me.

In Conclusion, I got locked up again for non compliance at Summit Behavioral Health Center in Cincinnati Ohio. I got locked up on December 1, 2011. I stayed there for almost 3 months. To be honest with you, I don’t have any business inside of State Psychiatric Hospitals. My own behavior startled my family members. I need to make a deal with the Government; so that I can work with them, and pay my student loans. I owe the University of North Carolina at Charlotte a total of $28, 000 dollars in student loan debts. I really need to pay my bills for the month and throughout my life. The William & Fudge Collection Agency stated to me that I have to make 220 months of student loan payments. I also suffer from glaucoma, macular degeneration of the eyes, and diabetes. I have been honest with everyone who has helped me. I am a Christian Man, who has a lot of common sense.
