On Wednesday April 9, 2009;  I was fired from my job working at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.   The reason why is because I was looking at porn at work.   I was an excellent Librarian, but I had to pray to Jesus Christ for Guidance and Direction.   I received my last check in the mail to my Sister’s address in Dayton, Ohio.   I was homeless for a year and a half in both Charlotte and Dayton.  I got baptized at Shiloh Baptist Church in Dayton, Ohio.   I also got baptized again at Fort McKinley United Methodist Church on Sunday February 15, 2015.  I am a Born Again Christian Man.   My AA Sponsor and Pastor baptized me.  I have been clean and sober for 33 years.   It is not easy getting off porn.   I do not have any of those problems that I used to have in the past.   Do you know what I would tell teenagers today and that is stay away from social media because it is the Devils Playground.   It will influence you to do things that you have never done before.  Please pray for me and my family members because My Uncle Johnnie Lee Hopkins died before his 81st Birthday.   His Funeral was held in Chicago  Illinois on Monday January 22, 2024.  I have been paying my bills successfully for 14 years now.   Please help me Lord Jesus 🙏.   God Bless All of You for reading my essay 🙏. 🙏 I have been reading the Bible on a regular basis now.  🙏 God, grant me the serenity to accept the things that I cannot change.   Courage to change the things that I can, and give me the wisdom to know the difference 🙏 Just For Today!
