Romans 13:8 says: Owe no one anything, but to love one another, and he who loves has fulfilled the law.  What Paul is saying to the Roman Church and Empire that love is the solution rather than valuable possessions and money.  Owe no one anything, meaning that we give to another person, God will always bless us, and continue to affirm all of our actions with other people.

Next, I remember when I used to owe people money from my transactions from the past.  I know that I used to bet on sports during the 1970s.  As I recall betting on a football game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Minnesota Vikings during the 1973-74 season.  I have bet that Minnesota would beat Dallas in Dallas.  Minnesota lost the game and I had to pay my debt to my friend.  I will admit that it has taken me 5 years to pay$3.50 cents.  I should have paid this amount of money very quickly.  I apologized to my friend and I paid off my debt.

Moreover, I want to inform everyone that I felt like a complete fool because I avoided paying the debt.  Right Now, if I give someone something, I will not ask anything in return.  I have learned a valuable lesson from the past by sharing all of my experience, strength, and hope with everyone.  I used to give money to female prostitutes for sex for a 24 year period.  My family members clowned me for buying sex from women.  I know that at that time, I was seeking love from the opposite sex.  I supposed that I didn’t know at the time that if I am in a relationship with a harlot, I am in one flesh with her.  This is in First Corinthians 6:17.  I understand that I was only accepting random women for a brief sexual encounter or a one night stand.  I am telling everyone that if you lend money, it is done in good faith.  However, in Deuteronomy 15th Chapter pertains to Consumer Debt.  After seven years, it is classified as the Lord’s Release.  The Lord’s Release is supposed to exist today.  I will admit that I have borrowed money for college at the University of Toledo and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  Proverbs 22:7 says The rich rules over the poor and the borrower is servant to the lender.  Therefore all student loans are supposed to be paid back in full.  In some cases due to illness and or financial hardships, a loan can be cancelled.  Honestly, I still have to pay my student loans because I have borrowed the money in good faith.  I have used the money to pay my tuition and fees for college.

Finally, I want all of you to know that if you borrow money from any company, it must be paid back within a period of time.  If a borrower is deceased, then, the student loans are cancelled or passed down to family members of the borrower.  Frankly, all companies have policies of their own.  This means that this debt can be settled in a Court of Law.  If I were to lend money to anyone, it depends on the amount that is borrowed.  I would type up a Promissory Note stating that the money has to be paid back within a specified period of time.  I should have done this to the people who scammed me out of money at that time.  I have learned a valuable lesson from the past; especially when it comes to dealing with people that I do not know.  It depends on the amount of money itself.  If it is less than$100.00 dollars, I will be glad to help anyone in need.  If the amount exceeds over $100.00, I have to handle this as if it is collateral of some sort.  I have given away large sums of money in the past, but no more.  If the borrower does not signed the Promissory Note, then I will refuse to lend money to those who take advantage of me or other people.
