Honesty is the best policy, especially when it comes to the order of life.  A just balance, weight, as well as a sense of order will make things work easier for people.  This also pertains to finances.  First Corinthians 14:40 says: Do all things in decency and in order.  This means that structure is very important.  I remember when I was a child, my mother made sure that I had order in my life as far as being the oldest child in the family.
