For the work of a man shall he render unto him, and cause every man to find according to his ways.  Job 34:11.  This means that a man’s work shall be rendered unto him.  For Instance, if a man commits a crime against another person, he will have to face a judge and a sentence will be enforced on him.  As soon as that man dies, he will be judged by God and God will render a different punishment towards the accuser.
