What is an enabler?
What is an Enabler?
Good Day Everyone! My name is Anthony Hopkins and I am responsible for enabling other people for more than a half of a century. I remember when I was a child, I used to help others with their homework for school.
I am getting very honest with myself and others about enabling behavior. I have been clean and sober for 35 years now. I rarely ask anyone else for help.
Next, I am letting all of you know that I am guilty of enabling other people. What is the definition of enabling? Enabling is when someone is doing something that other people can do for themselves.
At one point in my life, I was coerced by other people to do something for someone else. The fair-weather friends that I had were using me. My family members told me to my face that people were taking advantage of me. At that time, I had concealed the person and the whole problem.
I have a fair-weather friend that still ask me to do things for him. I didn’t know that this behavior was getting worse because I was always broken financially.
Further, I am sharing this information because I know that there are other people who are going through the same thing. I know that certain people do not love me personally.
I have got my friend released from prison back in 2016. He did not appreciate it. I have done so much for other people that I am in need, and the same people who I have helped cannot help me in return.
I know that I am sharing all of this information to help others wake up and smell reality. I am very sorry for allowing other people to take advantage of me. It hurts me because I owe $ 32,000 dollars in student loan debt right now. My mother told me to my face that I will see the error of all of my ways.
There are members in my family, who have not given me a dime to help me, but my nieces and nephews helped me and I am very grateful.
Moreover, I want to inform all of you that my neighbors at The Arrow rock Avenue Apartments have not helped me when I couldn’t call my siblings. My nieces and nephews assisted me when my siblings did not. My siblings helped me in the past. My brother paid my rent for me.
My siblings want me to live with them, but I don’t want to caste all of my burdens on them. I really need a job working somewhere just to pay my student loans and other bills. I am sharing all of this just to let everyone know that my church members helped me out a lot.
‘
I am saying all of this information to learn how to help others who are in need. My Pastor told me that I am an analytical thinker and I am an excellent Writer.
In Addition to the library and Church that I attend on a regular basis. It’s that I am very sick physically mentally psychologically and spiritually drained. I am asking God to help me out with this drained problem.
Emotionally, I am losing my memory right now. I have lapses in my memory right now. I am very happy to have a place to live for the past 9 months now. I only wish that I can stop the marijuana smoking inside of my brother’s apartment. My back is still hurting me.
Finally, I am telling all of you that enabling is a very serious problem. I tell other people who enable others to please keep away from me. I realize that I have Jesus Christ and God as my real friends. I am very happy to help others but I will not allow other people to take advantage of me and my kindness. I suffer from Diabetes Full Blown Type 2 and Schizoid Affective Disorder right now.
My family members rarely visit me. I can understand everyone is skeptical about me and my building where I choose to live. I write because it helps me to cope with a mental illness. Enabling affects me and everyone else because many people are not learning how to do things for themselves.
They prefer that; I complete their tasks for them; when they are capable of doing it themselves.
I cannot keep on doing things for people when they can do it for themselves. I have some bad news to share with you. The Social Security Administration is getting ready to terminate my benefits.
People who are under the age of 65 have to go back to work and make a decent living for themselves. Social Security Administration specifically stated that I have written three books in 23 years. They are saying that I have to report my income.
The US Government has given me a stimulus check in the past, and I used the money to publish three books within a 23-year period.
I love all of you, but this enabling problem is affecting me personally. If someone knows how to use a computer, I will let you do your own work. I am an Author of three books. I have to copyright all of my most recent writing. I love you all. Please start using your phone for everything.
If I can apply for a job using my phone, then anyone else can do the same exact thing. Enabling has caused a lot of people to become deprived of learning a brand-new skill. Enabling does not give me power, it is transferring power to the other person. Enabling leaves, you powerless, and you do not have to be in active addiction. My fair-weather friend has used me so much that I am getting tired of being around him.
In Conclusion, I have learned a valuable lesson for doing things for other people, and you are not getting paid. It also deprives you of money and learning new skills myself.
Enabling is an addiction and it needs to stop. Enabling causes other people to consume you with their stuff. Anger resides inside of the heart of fools. It defines our culture. Enabling for me has made me out of a fool.
What is the definition of repentance?
What is the Definition of the word repentance? By Anthony Joseph Hopkins November 18, 2025.
What is the Definition of the word Repentance? What is the biblical definition of repentance?
It is the act of leaving what God has prohibited and returning to what he has commanded. The word denotes the act of being repentant for one’s misdeeds, atoning for those misdeeds, and having a strong determination to forsake those misdeeds (remorse, resolution, and repentance).
What is the real definition of repentance?
1: to turn from sin and dedicate oneself to the amendment of one’s life. 2a: to feel regret or contrition. b: to change one’s mind. transitive verb. 1: to cause to feel regret or contrition.
When I have officially repented of all of my sins, it was on Sunday February 15, 2015. I got baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Ghost. This is when I have completely changed my life. All of the things that I used to do in the past, I do not do anymore. For example, I do not drink alcohol anymore or smoke marijuana. I want to inform everyone that I am a changed man.
What are the four steps of repentance?
The first is responsibility: We must recognize that we have done wrong. The second is regret: We must have true remorse for doing wrong and for the pain and problems we’ve caused. The third is resolve: We must be committed never to repeat the act regardless of the temptations or situation. I will admit that I went to Kings Mountain two weeks ago. I went on vacation from December 29, 2021 to January 12, 2022. I will admit that I had a very good time at Kings Mountain, North Carolina. I had a lot of fun with my family members. I also spent over $100.00 dollars gambling at the Casino. I won $84.00 dollars by playing the slots.
I have repented of my sins by asking God for forgiveness for gambling at the Casino in Kings Mountain. I will never go gambling anymore. I will no longer cast lots anymore. Casting Lots is gambling in the Bible. I know that my life has been filled with ups and downs. It is that, I was spending time with my family in Charlotte, NC.
I had a lot of fun in Charlotte, NC. I also spent $200.00 dollars throwing away all of my things at 1-800-Got Junk. I had to get rid of it because it had mold on it. I will never keep all of my things in storage that long anymore. I have learned a valuable lesson. Never keep a whole lot of stuff in storage or inside of your house because it is a health hazard. I am very sorry for storing all of my personal things inside of my apartment and in storage.
Please forgive me everyone. I had over 300 books inside of three huge boxes as well as all of my other things. I am very sorry Lord Jesus for keeping all of my things in storage for 13 years. I am very sorry for keeping all of my mail for the past 3 years inside of my apartment in Dayton, Ohio. I am very sorry for gambling at the Kings Mountain Casino. Please forgive me Father God; Lord Jesus!! I am very sorry!! I want to inform everyone that I am redeemed!! I am very sorry for all of the bad things that I have done. I am asking for your forgiveness!! I am very sorry.
I am asking everyone to please forgive me of all of my sins from past to present. I am very happy that God and Jesus Christ have forgiven me of my sins. Please keep me in your prayers.

A Bridge Between Sin, Transgressions, and Jesus ChristThis blog is very simple. This is titled a bridge between sin, transgressions, and Jesus Christ. First, I would like to mention the definitions of sin, transgressions, and trespasses. 1. Transgressions are actions that are enormously and excessively wrong. You knew you were wrong and you did it anyway. 2. Trespasses are when saints miss the mark. This means that you are intentionally missing the mark on purpose. 3. Sin is when a person commits a mistake or an offense that is either minor or serious in nature. 4. Debt is a property and ownership; you owe something because of your actions. Sin is really you have broken a law. Sin is that you have broken a known law and the transgressions are the repercussions that come afterwards. Next, according to John A. Studebaker, Jr; a sin is one of the greatest obstacles of the church today is this very issue. We no longer see ourselves as sinners’ in need of forgiveness. Perhaps, sin used to be a problem, but now we’ve outgrown that. So while the church has a solution for the problem of sin, it’s a non-problem in the eyes of most Americans at least not a serious problem. Further, when it comes to sin, transgression, and Jesus Christ, Jesus Christ is the bridge to mankind and sin. What I am trying to say here is that in my personal life, I know that according to the 2nd step in AA/NA there is a power that is greater than myself that can restore me to sanity. This is one of my steps that allow me to realize that I am not all by myself. God and Jesus Christ are there whenever I need them. I know that Jesus Christ is the mediator between man and God. I know for myself that God is able to do all things; as well as Jesus Christ His Son. I know that my expectations might be different than any average person. I know that what I expect to do is survive in a changing society that has many different people from various nationalities. In addition, I know that sin is both avoidable and non avoidable in many cases. I know that no matter how I am in my life, I cannot avoid sin. I can avoid committing any form of sin; especially; the violent acts that exist in America. I know for myself as a person in recovery, I can control my speech and tongue whenever I am talking with others. I know that I am still a work in progress. This means that I am not a perfect person, but as long as there is Jesus Christ in my life as my personal savior, I know that I am healed from all of my injuries. I am healed from all of my sicknesses and illnesses. I know that Jesus Christ is the one who is responsible for blessing each day of the week. Moreover, we all have fallen short of the glory of God. I know that we are all born into sin. Ever since the first sin had taken place between Adam and Eve, it has been very difficult for people to accept the first concept of original sin. For some, many believe that the original sin was only a myth. This is according to Charles Darwin Theory as well as those who do not believe in God. Just because the first sin had taken place, does not mean that mankind is completely doomed. We all still have a chance to be with Jesus Christ. I still have a chance to be with Him because I believe that He died for my sins personally and Jesus Christ died and came back to life. Therefore, I believe Jesus Christ is the bridge between sin, transgression, debt, and trespasses. Everybody on earth belongs to God. The Lord said to me personally in a dream that He is not finished with me yet. This means that God has a great deal of tasks for me to complete for Him. Jesus Christ has expectations for us as well. Jesus Christ is somebody; he is a spirit that exists inside of all of us. Holiness is on top of the line. When you become a child of God, you are somebody. All souls belong to God. Even if you commit sin itself, your soul belongs to Christ. Call on Jesus; help is immediate. Keep on praying because praying helps when it comes to communicating with Jesus Christ. Also, grace is something that you didn’t deserve. Grace is a gift. This is a special gift that God has for man through His son Jesus Christ. We have to accept the gift. We should accept this through faith. Grace is an unmerited favor. Faith is the knowledge of knowing who God is with going through judgment. It is the knowledge if knowing Jesus without proof; not of works. It is not enough. Sanctifying faith is when we do our works because it is your worship to the Lord. Finally, we are alive in Jesus Christ each day of our living lives. We will be lifted up and sit with Him each day as long as we believe. This is my bridge between Jesus Christ and myself. I am trying to say that a bridge between God, Jesus Christ, man, and sin is very important. This is a bridge that is very important in our lives. For instance, God is in charge of everything in life. Jesus Christ is second in command and man- himself as well as women 🙌 👏!

Forgiveness
Is It True That We Have To Forgive Each Person 490 Times?
By: Anthony Joseph Hopkins
Praise The Lord Everyone!! Praise The Lord!! How are all of you doing today? Fine, I hope. I have a very important question to ask all of you. Is it true that we have to forgive each person 490 times? The answer to this question is yes. We have to forgive everyone for what each person have done to you.
I used to have a problem with forgiveness a long time ago. This is because I used to get abused and neglected as a child as well as an adult. I want to let everyone know that it is not very easy apologizing and accepting apologies from other people. I feel good right now because I have learned how to forgive others while attending church as a child. At first, I used to get upset when others have hurt me. I used to run away from God. It is very serious when it comes to forgiveness. This means that I have to forgive each person living on this earth 490 times. I literally understand right now what it takes to accept other people. I meditated on this topic before I decided to type it.
Next, I am very happy that I am the person that I am right now because I have learned a brand new behavior. It is called forgiving other people. The first thing that I had to do is ask God for forgiveness in all of my sins. I have to ask God to accept me as I am as a human being. God really loves me. He literally loves all of us.
Further, I had to confess with my mouth to the Lord Jesus and believe it inside of my heart. I really believe that God had raised Jesus Christ from the dead: You will be saved. I am just happy that I have learned a new behavior, and it makes the Lord very happy that I am forgiving others, and accepting each other in love.
I have to realize that I really have to be very careful when it comes to dealing with my own emotions. I have come to the realization that I am a brand new creation in Christ Jesus. He will never leave you, nor forsake you. I am very happy that I have Jesus Christ as my Personal Savior. The very thing that I am doing is imitating the behavior of Jesus Christ. I know that it is not going to be an easy journey: However, God is with me! I also have to give other people credit for molding and shaping my overall behavior. God works through people. There have been people that were involved in my life; just to see me do something positive in my life.
Moreover, I want to inform all of you that I know that I have to give an account of myself to God. The reason why I said 490 times is simply because 70X7=490. I have been doing the math. It is that God is watching all of us from heaven. I will admit that I had to take Anger Management classes for a total of 8 years. I had to learn how to get my emotions in check. I understand that God is doing for us more than we are doing for ourselves. This is a fact of life that God is doing for all of us.
In Addition, I really love all of you very much. Do you know that God gives us instructions even while we are sleeping inside of our bed at night? God speaks to us in many, many ways. I am so excited to share this information because I want others to change for the better. I am not a self-righteous person. I am a person who accepts everyone as Children of God. Is it true that we have to forgive other people 490 times? The answer is a definite yes.
I want to inform everyone that we all have the Holy Spirit inside of us. I want to say that 1st Corinthians 3:16 says: Do you not know that you are the Temple of The Living God, and the Holy Spirit dwells inside of us? This is the truth. I am so thrilled to help others like I was helped before by other people. I am so happy that I am blessed each day when I get up, and each day when I lay down on top of my bed.
Also, I want to say that God is with me every single day of the week. I just want everyone to please keep me in your prayers because I want to live according to the Word of God. What is the definition of the word forgive? The answer to this question is stop feeling angry or resentful toward (someone) for an offense, flaw, or mistake. “I don’t think I’ll ever forgive David for the way he treated her” stop feeling angry or resentful toward someone for (an offense, flaw, or mistake).”He was not a man who found it easy to forgive and forget” cancel (a debt).”He proposed that their debts should be forgiven”. What is the biblical meaning of forgiveness?
The Bible has plenty to say about forgiveness. … The Greek word translated as “forgive” in the New Testament, aphiēmi, carried a wide range of meanings, including to remit (a debt), to leave (something or someone) alone, to allow (an action), to leave, to send away, to desert or abandon, and even to divorce. I had to let go of self and live for Jesus Christ.
Finally, I had to learn to allow God to help me to let go of the things from my past. I am just happy and ready to serve Jesus Christ. Forgiveness when it comes to the 490 times thing is endless. All that I am really saying that we have to forgive others on a regular basis. This is a life- long process. It takes a lot of progress and effort on our part when it comes to making a difference in the lives of others. I am a very nice person, who have come a very long way in my personal life. I had to forgive people for taking advantage of me. In some cases, I put myself in that situation for others to oppress me. I have to examine my role in all of my doings.
In Conclusion, please remember to always think before your act. I have to consider all of my ways by thinking before I decide to do anything. It only takes a thought that would cause all of us to react in a positive or negative manner. Is it true that we have to forgive each person 490 times? Absolutely!! This is a life-long process that lasts forever. We are being watched by God and His Son Jesus Christ on a daily basis. Thank you for reading my essay.
