Tell us about your morning routine.  Frankly, I usually wake up in the morning around 4:00 am.  The first thing that I do is pray and thank God and Jesus Christ for allowing me to see another day.  I thank God and Jesus Christ for allowing me to breathe His breath of life, and I usually watch the news and read the Bible. I also take my medication and then go back to sleep until 7:00 am.  Since I am living inside of a nursing home, I eat breakfast at 8:00am.   Afterward I take a shower and then relax for a while before eating lunch at 12:00 pm.  After lunch, I usually catch the bus downtown and go straight to the library for a few hours. I catch the 4:15 pm bus home. I eat dinner at 5:00 pm.  I also relax for a while and go to bed at 8:00 pm.  This is my daily routine at the nursing home.

Hi, Anthony! Your total testosterone number is low at 162 (but do not recommend replacement due to mania with testosterone replacement in the past) and your PSA is excellent at 1.64. Thanks for updating the readings!

Do you know that my testosterone levels dropped 263 points this year? I went from 399 to 136 within an 8 month period. I am almost out of testosterone inside of my body. This explains the weight gain and excessive tiredness that I have experienced throughout the year. I feel very sluggish, and I am still suffering from brain fog. My energy is depleted right now. Please continue to pray for me because I had an extremely bad reaction to hormone replacement therapy because it made me manic. My prostate is still swollen, and I am urinating excessively, and my urine stream is shallow. My current weight is 315 pounds right now. My psychotropic medications are the problem right now.

What is the best way to meet new people while traveling 🤔?  Honestly, the best way to meet new people while traveling is at a church convention or at a revival at church in town.  There are other ways to meet new people, and that is on a cruise ship that is sponsored by a specific pastor or a company of religious people as well as institutions of your choice.  People can meet at a sporting event or at a high school reunion.  I would like to meet my classmates from the University of Toledo class of 1993 & 1995 at a homecoming football game or event that is sponsored by the University of Toledo.  I also would like to meet my classmates from the Paul Laurence Dunbar High School class of 1986 in Dayton Ohio.   I would like for God and Jesus Christ to assist me in resolving all of my active issues that I have with my family members and friends worldwide so that we can live at peace with everyone worldwide 🌐 💜 🙏 ❤️.   I know that I can not give a gift at an altar at any local church worldwide until I am able to make peace with my brother 🙏 💜 😊. I have a lot of active issues that I have to resolve before I leave Planet Earth 🌏.  I literally have to make direct amends with all people from my past and present.  I realized that this is not very easy trying to make peace with people who do not love you nor have your best interests at heart.  This pain is extremely difficult to bear.  Lord God and Jesus Christ will have to assist me in this effort to make strides in my personal life right now 🙏 🙌.  Lord God and Jesus Christ I am repenting of every sin that I have committed in your sight alone as well as for other people, including myself.  Lord God and Jesus Christ, I am very sorry for all of my sins from past to present and future sins.  I am asking Both of You to please forgive me for hurting Both of You as well as other people, including myself.   Therefore, I can not make it without both of You.  Lord God and Jesus Christ please lead me and guide me and finally order and dictate all of my steps forever 🙏.  Lord God and Jesus Christ I need Both of You all of the time.  My life is incomplete without Both of You.  I officially surrender to Both of You right now and forever.  In Jesus’ name, Amen and Amen 🙏 🙌 👏 ❤️.  It is Your turn to take care of me.  My life is unmanageable without Both of You.  All of my battles physically mentally emotionally psychologically and holistically belongs to Both of You God and Jesus Christ.  I am nothing without Both of You.  I will always depend on Both of You. Lord God and Jesus Christ I belong to Both of You simultaneously and forever.  Amen and Amen 🙏 🙌 👏 ❤️.  Thank you for keeping it real with me, God, and Jesus Christ 🙏 🙌 ❤️.  Thank you for allowing me to answer this question to the best of my ability 😊 😀.  I love Both of You forever.

If aliens arrive tomorrow, what is the first thing you would ask them 🤔?  Where did you come from?  I also would ask them whether or not they are familiar with God and Jesus Christ 🙏 🤔? I will ask them whether or not they would like to be saved?  I know that I might be very curious at first 🤔 simply because they might seize me in the process 🤔.  God and Jesus Christ love everyone no matter who they are.  Thank you for allowing me to answer this question to the best of my ability.  May the Lord God continue to bless all of You Worldwide Amen and amen 🙌 🙏 ❤️ 👏 💖.  I also will admit that I might be skeptical and intimidated at first, but God and Jesus Christ will protect me from them as well.

Psalms 94:11 And What It Means To All People?

        Good Day Everyone!! How are you doing today?  Fine, I hope.  I want to ask everyone a very important question.  Does the Lord knows the thoughts of man?  The answer is yes!! God knows all things in advance.  Psalms 94:11 says The Lord knoweth the thoughts of man, that they are vanity.  This is inside of the King James Version of the Bible.  Frankly, I want to say that God knows the things that we are going to do long before it takes place.  What I would like to do is have the Word of God to impact my mind, and my thinking.

        Next, I want to say that I need the Lord to allow me to feed on the Word of God.  In the middle of trouble, I need to feed on the Word of God at all times.  I really feel at this time that I am inside of the Lord’s Hands.  How you think determines how you feel.  This means that you have to deal with how you think rather than how they feel.  This is very hard for some people because in my case, I am a person who reacts to things more than I am thinking.

Further, I am trying my very best not to conform to these external supervisions.  This reminds me of Romans 12:2 it says; do not conform to the patterns of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.  Proverbs 23:7 For as He thinketh in his heart, so is he.  I want to say that I suffer from a mental illness called Schizoid Affective Disorder.  This means that I hear voices or things that other people do not hear.

        Moreover, I want to say that I would like for the Lord to continue to bless me eternally.  The things that I need on earth, the Lord will provide.  I know that my mind craves for the things that I wish that I need.  For Example, I am the type of person, who has changed for the better.  For Instance, I want to say that I used to be very reclusive.

  I tend to withdraw at certain times.  I find myself withdrawing from certain realities of life.  I will admit that I am very intelligent and kind.  I also will admit that I have a passive mind.  Even though I am not apathetic.  I have been through a whole lot in my life.  I used to make excuses for my emotions.  Currently, I am doing a whole lot better emotionally and mentally.  I have a sound mind right now.  I feel excited about life more than I have ever before.

I remember when my parents used to tell me that I talk out loud.  I guess the reason why I talk loud is because I would like for everyone to hear what I have to say.  I want to saturate myself with God’s Word.  My way of thinking has changed because I have the Holy Spirit inside of me right now.  I am literally excited because I am attending Church on a regular basis.  I am reading my Bible every single day of the week.  You are accountable for how I feel.  I am accountable for my emotions. 

Finally, I want to say that self-control is a gift from God that has a purpose for our lives.  My life during the past 30 years have been filled with ups and downs.  I want to be inside of a place that I can govern my emotions.  I want to say that I do not argue with anyone anymore.  Godly emotions go towards God.  I noticed that I do not dwell on negative emotions anymore.  I used to carry thoughts that used to wear me down completely.  What I am doing at the moment is that I am managing my problems. 

In Conclusion, I want to say that my life has changed for the better.  I have to expose myself to the Word of God.  I have become saturated my thinking with the Word of God on a daily basis.  I read the Bible out loud because I want God to talk to me.  I know that I have been saved for the past 4 years now.  What are you spending most of your time thinking about?  For me personally, I would like to become a father someday.

 I would like to attend Seminary School.  I would like for the Lord to pay for my book publishing fees and my student loans.  I do not want life mastering me!! I want to master life!! Please continue to keep me in your prayers because I have a lot of special needs at the moment.  I really need to govern my life instead of allowing my emotions to govern my life.  Please keep do things in a positive manner.
