Good Morning Everyone! I want to inform all of you about the new Exodus in 2024 inside of the City of Dayton Ohio. This means that there are new residents moving in at night at Wentworth Hi Rise Apartments located in Dayton Ohio. This means that housing inside of the City Limits of Dayton Ohio is scarce.
The New Exodus consist of a very large group of people, who are looking for a place to live in Dayton Ohio. The leader of these people are unknown at this time. The Property Manager here at Wentworth Hi Rise Apartments did not expect to see a very large group of people at one time trying to find a new place to live.
This means that Property Managers in the city of Dayton Ohio are working very hard to help others find a decent place to live. Some of these people are very angry because of the transaction of leaving an old way of life behind. This is over 8,000 people who are in need of a good place to live. Some of the residents already know about this side of town. The Northwest side of town is one of the most diversed inside of the City Limits of Dayton Ohio.
Moreover, I want to inform you that the population of people who are in need of a new place to live are mostly African Americans. The inner city of Dayton Ohio is made up of long time residents of a housing development called the Desota Bass. This area used to be military housing for the military and their families during the 1950s. Currently, there are a very large group of people who are in dire need.
I remember 14 years ago, I relocated here from Charlotte NC. My mother at the time was in remission from Cancer. I had to help my mother and family members with resources and money at the time. I was searching for a place to stay myself. For one year, I lived inside of the Travelers Motel located on Keowee Street. My rent was $900.00 per month. Some of the residents who are living here are not aware of what I had to go through in my personal life. Therefore I would not comment if you do not understand my personal journey.
The city’s leaders are baffled with the fact that there is a very large group of people who are in need of housing and resources. The City of Dayton Ohio has a population of 140.000 people who are living in the city limits right now. Frankly, we are all in need of additional money and resources. Here in Dayton Ohio, if you are going to move in a new place, you have to have a deposit and first months rent. Fortunately, the property manager accommodated as many people that he could here at Wentworth Hi Rise Apartments.
Finally, I would like to say that I am very happy to have new neighbors and friends. We are all in need of a Saviour in our personal life. I don’t smoke marijuana and drink alcohol anymore. It would be best for me to move out of the way. Therefore, keeping to yourself is my best option right now. Honestly, some people tend to hold onto their old way of life and tend to stick to their own devices and actions. Like they say that you cannot turn a harlot into a housewife. Most people do not know that I have graduated from College twice from the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio on Saturday June 12, 1993 & on Saturday June 17, 1995 with my Associates and Bachelors Degrees. Most people do not know that I have written three books during a 23 year period. My books are called Essays, My Grace is Sufficient for Me, & The Best of Anthony Hopkins. Most people really do not know that I have to do homework every day for the rest of my life. I am trying to stay out of trouble because I am on Community Control due to other offenses from the past. Most people do not know that I used to live in a BibleBelt State of North Carolina for a total of 12 years. Most people do not know that I have to make amends with my family members as well as other people from my past. This is the truth because the people who I have to make amends with are from Toledo, Ohio right now. Most people do not know that I am a Born Again Christian Man. These people are my adversaries because they got me evicted out of my property on three different occasions in the past. Do lazy days make you feel rested or unproductive? Lazy days make me very sleepy because I have been doing homework on a daily basis. However, I have been hospitalized for a total of 5 days at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. My therapist wanted me to finish my homework while I was in the hospital. As far as being unproductive is concerned; I have been taking 23 prescription medicine in the morning, & only 10 pills at night. The pills that I am currently taking make me feel very sleepy right now. Honestly, I tend to sleep all day until 3;00pm. My medication causes me to feel very drowsy & sleepy during the day. Therefore, lazy days make me feel very unproductive & tired right now.

I am very sorry for using vulgarity yesterday in front of children because their parents were urinating and spitting on me from the attic that is inside of my apartment building. This is the reason why I am in need of prayer because my adversaries stated that they were responsible for Scamming me out of a total of $18, 550 dollars in Western Union Funds during a three year period 🙏. Frankly, one of the female defendants stated that my Cellphones were Cloned, Copied, and Hacked during the past 16 years now. Another defendant indicated that he planned everything from the very beginning just to get revenge on me. My email messages were copied & Hacked by the defendant who have been staying inside of the attic of my apartment building for the past 18 months now. The police are aware of them staying inside of the attic right now. Their objective is to get me to kill myself by committing suicide again for the second time in 14 years now. Therefore, the female defendants father wanted to shoot me in the back of my head with a 9 millimeter handgun that they have in their possession right now. What is refractory epilepsy?
People with epilepsy have seizures. During a seizure, the nerve cells in the brain don’t communicate like they should. The usual electrical activity in the brain changes. These seizures may last a few seconds or a few minutes.
Some people with epilepsy will have, or will one day develop, refractory epilepsy. This means that medicines don’t work well, or at all, to control the seizures.
If you have refractory epilepsy, the type of seizures you have may affect your treatment. Seizures may be:
- Generalized onset seizures. This means they involve both sides of your brain.
- Focal onset seizures. This means seizure activity starts in a smaller part of your brain. It may later spread out to a wider area.
Refractory epilepsy can have a big effect on your life. People with this type of epilepsy may have trouble at work or school. They may worry a lot about when their next seizure will come. They may also have injuries that result from their seizures. If your healthcare provider thinks you have refractory epilepsy, they may suggest that you visit a medical center that specializes in epilepsy.
What causes refractory epilepsy?
Some seizures have known causes, such as head injuries, infections, fevers, or brain tumors. But often the cause of seizures in epilepsy is not known.
In the same way, it is not clear why some people with epilepsy are not helped by antiseizure medicines. Or why these medicines sometimes stop working. The electrical activity in the brain during a seizure might get so high that medicines are no longer able to control it. But why this happens is not known.
What are the symptoms of refractory epilepsy?
The symptoms of a seizure can include:
- Convulsions, or shaking movements
- Loss of consciousness
- Confusion
- Tongue biting
- Lip smacking
- Loss of bowel or bladder control
- Uncontrolled eye movements
- Staring into space
- Falling
- Muscle rigidness, tremors, or twitching
- Odd behavior (such as screaming or yelling)
If you still have seizures while you’re taking medicine for them, you may have refractory epilepsy.
How is refractory epilepsy diagnosed?
Your healthcare provider will likely ask you many questions about your seizures. You will likely also have a test called an electroencephalogram (EEG). This involves placing electrodes on your scalp to measure your brain’s activity. Sometimes, the EEG can be watched for long spans of time at home or in the hospital.
Your healthcare provider may also want you to have a CT or MRI scan of your brain. Depending on the type of seizure activity and its location, you may need surgery. This would be done by a neurosurgeon who specializes in surgery for epilepsy. Your healthcare provider may do more tests like these to find out where your seizures are starting.
You will need to work closely with your healthcare provider to find out whether your epilepsy is refractory. Your provider may need to watch you closely during more seizures to try several medicines and combinations of medicines before they feel your condition is refractory. Your healthcare provider may want you to keep a daily journal of seizure activity and check in often to report your symptoms and any side effects as you try different medicine doses.
How is refractory epilepsy treated?
Your healthcare provider may suggest that you take other antiepilepsy medicine. You may take it alone or with other medicines you are already taking. There are many different medicines in this class. Some that may be tried are:
- Carbamazepine
- Phenytoin
- Neurontin
- Lamotrigine
- Levetiracetam
- Oxcarbazepine
- Tiagabine
- Topiramate
- Zonisamide
- Valproic acid
- Vigabatrin
- Clobazam
If medicines aren’t helping with your seizures, you may need:
- Surgery. Surgery may be very helpful if you have refractory partial epilepsy and the part of the brain where the seizures start can be found and safely removed. Your healthcare provider may advise surgery if you still have seizures after trying several antiepilepsy medicines. During the procedure, a surgeon who specializes in epilepsy surgery will take out the part of your brain that’s starting the seizures.
- Electrical stimulation. If you can’t have or don’t want brain surgery, your healthcare provider may suggest vagus nerve stimulation with an implantable device. The device is placed under your skin in your chest. Wires connect it to the vagus nerve in your neck. It sends a current to the nerve. With this device, you may have fewer seizures. It may also help lessen the severity of a seizure that has already started.
- Ketogenic diet. A special diet that may help some people control their seizures. This type of diet is high in fats and low in carbohydrates. If you follow this diet, you will need to work closely with your healthcare provider and take supplements of certain nutrients as needed.
Can refractory epilepsy be prevented?
It might not be possible to prevent all of your seizures. But it is very important to use medicines exactly as your healthcare provider directs. Using your medicines the right way may help them work better to control your condition.
Living with refractory epilepsy
Living with refractory epilepsy can be hard. People with this health problem may worry a lot about when their next seizure will come. They may have trouble at work or school. They may no longer be allowed to drive. They may also have injuries that result from their seizures. It is important to do what you can to limit your chances of injury.
When should I call my healthcare provider?
Be sure to talk with your healthcare providers about when you should call. They will likely tell you to call if:
- You continue to have seizures.
- Your seizures become worse in intensity or frequency.
- You have new symptoms during or after your seizures.
Call 911
Call 911 if you:
- Have difficulty breathing or waking after the seizure
- The seizure lasts longer than 5 minutes
- You have back-to-back seizures
Key points about refractory epilepsy
- Refractory epilepsy occurs when your antiepilepsy medicines are no longer controlling your seizures. Often the cause of refractory epilepsy is not known.
- Your healthcare provider will likely give you other medicines to try to get your seizures under control. If this does not work, other choices may be surgery to remove the part of the brain where the seizures start or electrical stimulation of a nerve leading to the brain.

What principles define how you live? I would like to help others and to assist me. Lord Jesus, please, forgive me of all of my sins, transgressions & Iniquities That I have been bearing inside of my heart. The Lord God will not hear you; if you are having Iniquities inside of your heart according to Psalm 66:18. As far as my first principle is to Love the Lord God with all of your heart, soul, mind, and spirit. The second is just like it. I need to love my neighbor as myself. Lord Jesus, please, teach me how to officially love myself and love other people for who they are in their life. Second, I need to get my house in complete order, & to maintain my own apartment. I need to start taking care of myself a whole lot better right now. My second principle is to take care of myself & to continue to learn how to become responsible for making better decisions for myself. I need to take full responsibility of my apartment right now. Third, I need to start attending Church on a regular basis. I had Covid-19 for almost a month. I need to become more active with my Church and to stay out of trouble throughout my entire life right now. My third principle is to maintain my Sobriety; Especially when it comes to alcohol and drugs. I need to start attending my AA Meetings on a regular basis. I need to stay healthy throughout my life. Fourth, I need to make amends with my adversaries and family members on a regular basis. My Fourth principle is to literally find out who is stressing me out as far as females are concerned. Lord Jesus, please, help me to get my life in order for Your sake 🙏. Fifth, I really need to take better care of myself physically, mentally, & emotionally. Lord Jesus, I am taking 33 pills each day because the doctor told me that I have to take my medication each day for the rest of my entire life. My fifth principle is to continue to lose weight, & to stay on my diet of both physical and spiritual foods for the rest of my entire life. Sixth, I need to stay away from toxic people! I need to get a job, so that I am able to pay my bills and rent each month. My Sixth principle is to find a job that wouldn’t stress me out. I need to start working with my hands again. Therefore, I would like to pay off my credit card each month and bills that I bear inside of my apartment right now. Seventh & Finally, I need to maintain a positive attitude throughout my life right now. I have to start participating in Church activities in order to keep myself occupied in a positive manner. My Seventh principle is to listen to your voice each day throughout my life. I need to become more transparent with God, Jesus Christ, other people, and with myself. Lord Jesus, please, enable me to accomplish these things in Jesus Name I Pray 🙏 🤲! Amen and Amen!
