Honestly I am burnt out right now. My life consist of ups and downs right now. My neighbors upstairs are urinating on me and spitting on me right now. Someone has put a bad luck charm on me by using my picture online. This is called Black Magic I Voodoo on me. I know that I have a lot of people who don’t like me as a person. My neighbors upstairs are living here without paying rent. My brother needs to pay his rent and utilities. I want giving him over $500 dollars per month to pay rent. Please pray for me and my neighbors do not like other people of different races. David, please pray for me because there are people who are me out of money and they want me to kill myself. God is with me all of the time. My retraction is serious. Frankly I am being urinated on and spitting on my skin and soul. Please read Romans 12:17-21 because it pertains to my situation. It is happening to me right now. I am exhausted and depressed about my health and financial problems. Sir, I am going through the burning coals over my head. Someone really wants me to pass away. I also have enemies from the past who hasn’t forgiven me. There are people whom I do not know who are walking around my soul right now. I want you to know that I have been going through this since 2009. One of my friends told me in my face that Dayton Ohio is my personal hell. If you want me to be honest I am passing away from Natural Causes. I am ashamed to walk in my neighborhood and city because I have been going through a toxic shame. God is Watching All of US!!

God is watching all of us!!

I know for myself that God has been watching me because He is solely responsible for waking me up this morning. He watches me because I know that I am not able to get away with anything that I am doing wrong throughout my entire 60 years of existence.

Next, I want to inform everyone that I have been a Born Again Christian for 10 years now. I will admit that I have had my moments when I have acted out by using words that does not make sense. Lord God, I am asking You; to please forgive me of all of my sins both past and present. This also includes any sins that I am thinking about inside of my mind, as well as any besetting sins that I have presently.

Good Afternoon Lord Jesus!! How are you doing today? Fine, I hope. I want to inform you that I am only a Work in Progress. The reason why I am saying this is simply because I am not perfect. I am asking you to please bridle my tongue; so that I would not be able to use any vulgarity whatsoever. Lord Jesus, I know that you know all of my wonderings; Put my tears inside of Your Bottle; The only question that I have to ask is: Are my tears are inside of your Book?

Lord Jesus, this comes right out of Psalm 56:8 because I know that I have been through a great deal of adversity during my 60 years of existence. I have to be very honest by saying that I have been court ordered to attend therapy on a daily basis. I have to take psychotropic medications for the rest of my entire life. I have to consult with a Psychiatrist for the remaining of my life.

Moreover, I know that you are watching each and every last person that you have created, and this include me. I know that I have to consider all of the things that I have done that are both good and bad. I want to give you the credit for keeping me clean and sober for 35 years now. I know that I was literally destroying my own Temple for 18 consecutive years of drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana cocaine cigarettes for a number of years. I thank you for everything that you have done for me.

In Addition, I want to say that I have done wrong all of my existence right now. I am asking you to please have mercy on me. I know that all of Your Entire Creation, are under you watching eye. I also will admit that I am submitting myself to You. I have been writing for the past 30 years now.

I have written three books and they are as follows: The Best of Anthony Hopkins, which is based on some personal writings and essays that I have received excellent grades; while I was a student at the University of Toledo. My second book is called; My Grace is Sufficient for Me. My last book is called Essays. Which is based on my personal experiences that I have had within your presence. I have a Book Publisher, which is AuthorHouse Publishing Company, located in Bloomington, Indiana.

Finally, I want you to know that I have had a See-Saw Relationship, consisting of ups and downs behaviorally for the past 28 years now. I know that I am under your Watchful Eyes all of my life. Lord Jesus, You, even knew me while I was inside of my mother’s womb.

You even knew me before my existence. I want to thank you for keeping it real with me. I cannot do anything without Your Approval. Frankly, Lord Jesus, everything that my Steps are ordered my You. This is a retraction to you, and to all of those individuals whom I have harmed or committed any acts of wrongdoing in my life. I want to say, I am very sorry for hurting anyone of members of Your Creation. I am very sorry for everything that I have done wrong in my personal life. I am asking for Your Forgiveness right now.

In Conclusion, I want to inform you that there is a group of people, who have taken advantaged of me, and everyone who were in direct communications with for a total of 7 years. The people who have scammed me; also scammed my family members and friends. I want you to know that I have forgiven these people. However, these people have not forgiven me as a person. There are people, who I have had contact with; who had hurt me within the past 3 years now. I had forgiven the people, who presently are disrespecting me as a person.

I forgive the people who live presently inside of my neighborhood who do not like me because of the color of my skin. You already know who these people are as well because they are cloning and spoofing my cell phones and my social media accounts on a daily basis. My cell phones numbers have been cloned and computer hacked by scammers who live inside of my neighborhood, and those people, who scammed me from the years 2016 and 2017. These individuals live at Wentworth Hi Rise Apartments located in Dayton, Ohio.

Lord Jesus, you also know who these people are because the women are currently living inside of my former apartment complex. There are other women, whom I have sent money to, and they do not even know it. These people are living inside of the United States now. There are people who I have sent money to, and they have not been prosecuted. Lord Jesus, you know who these people are because they have lied to me. These men and women are still actively online and are presently scamming other people. Lord Jesus, I want to say Thank You for watching me on a daily basis. I Love You; Lord Jesus!! Please continue to protect me from all harms and dangers. Please alleviate all of my current sicknesses.

Is It True That We Have To Forgive Each Person 490 Times?By: Anthony Joseph Hopkins Praise The Lord Everyone!! Praise The Lord!! How are all of you doing today? Fine, I hope. I have a very important question to ask all of you. Is it true that we have to forgive each person 490 times? The answer to this question is yes. We have to forgive everyone for what each person have done to you.I used to have a problem with forgiveness a long time ago. This is because I used to get abused and neglected as a child as well as an adult. I want to let everyone know that it is not very easy apologizing and accepting apologies from other people. I feel good right now because I have learned how to forgive others while attending church as a child. At first, I used to get upset when others have hurt me. I used to run away from God. It is very serious when it comes to forgiveness. This means that I have to forgive each person living on this earth 490 times. I literally understand right now what it takes to accept other people. I meditated on this topic before I decided to type it. Next, I am very happy that I am the person that I am right now because I have learned a brand new behavior. It is called forgiving other people. The first thing that I had to do is ask God for forgiveness in all of my sins. I have to ask God to accept me as I am as a human being. God really loves me. He literally loves all of us. Further, I had to confess with my mouth to the Lord Jesus and believe it inside of my heart. I really believe that God had raised Jesus Christ from the dead: You will be saved. I am just happy that I have learned a new behavior, and it makes the Lord very happy that I am forgiving others, and accepting each other in love.I have to realize that I really have to be very careful when it comes to dealing with my own emotions. I have come to the realization that I am a brand new creation in Christ Jesus. He will never leave you, nor forsake you. I am very happy that I have Jesus Christ as my Personal Savior. The very thing that I am doing is imitating the behavior of Jesus Christ. I know that it is not going to be an easy journey: However, God is with me! I also have to give other people credit for molding and shaping my overall behavior. God works through people. There have been people that were involved in my life; just to see me do something positive in my life. Moreover, I want to inform all of you that I know that I have to give an account of myself to God. The reason why I said 490 times is simply because 70X7=490. I have been doing the math. It is that God is watching all of us from heaven. I will admit that I had to take Anger Management classes for a total of 8 years. I had to learn how to get my emotions in check. I understand that God is doing for us more than we are doing for ourselves. This is a fact of life that God is doing for all of us. In Addition, I really love all of you very much. Do you know that God gives us instructions even while we are sleeping inside of our bed at night? God speaks to us in many, many ways. I am so excited to share this information because I want others to change for the better. I am not a self-righteous person. I am a person who accepts everyone as Children of God. Is it true that we have to forgive other people 490 times? The answer is a definite yes.I want to inform everyone that we all have the Holy Spirit inside of us. I want to say that 1st Corinthians 3:16 says: Do you not know that you are the Temple of The Living God, and the Holy Spirit dwells inside of us? This is the truth. I am so thrilled to help others like I was helped before by other people. I am so happy that I am blessed each day when I get up, and each day when I lay down on top of my bed. Also, I want to say that God is with me every single day of the week. I just want everyone to please keep me in your prayers because I want to live according to the Word of God. The answer to this question is stop feeling angry or resentful toward (someone) for an offense, flaw, or mistake. “I don’t think I’ll ever forgive David for the way he treated her” stop feeling angry or resentful toward someone for (an offense, flaw, or mistake).”He was not a man who found it easy to forgive and forget” cancel (a debt).”He proposed that their debts should be forgiven”. What is the biblical meaning of forgiveness?The Bible has plenty to say about forgiveness. … The Greek word translated as “forgive” in the New Testament, aphiēmi, carried a wide range of meanings, including to remit (a debt), to leave (something or someone) alone, to allow (an action), to leave, to send away, to desert or abandon, and even to divorce. I had to let go of self and live for Jesus Christ. Finally, I had to learn to allow God to help me to let go of the things from my past. I am just happy and ready to serve Jesus Christ. Forgiveness when it comes to the 490 times thing is endless. All that I am really saying that we have to forgive others on a regular basis. This is a life- long process. It takes a lot of progress and effort on our part when it comes to making a difference in the lives of others. I am a very nice person, who have come a very long way in my personal life. I had to forgive people for taking advantage of me. In some cases, I put myself in that situation for others to oppress me. I have to examine my role in all of my doings. In Conclusion, please remember to always think before your act. I have to consider all of my ways by thinking before I decide to do anything. It only takes a thought that would cause all of us to react in a positive or negative manner. Is it true that we have to forgive each person 490 times? Absolutely!! Four Explanations for Self-Sabotage

One of the most curious and dispiriting of all psychological behaviours goes under the title of self-sabotage. Someone with prospects and talents starts powerfully but unconsciously to disrupt their lives. They drive away a partner to whom they are otherwise deeply attached. Or they ruin their chances in a demanding professional field to which they could be so well suited.

In our search for answers, we can identify at least four explanations:

1. Self-Sabotage as a Defence against Omnipotence

In the course of ordinary development, every child reaches a curious-sounding stage. They explore what it might be like to be all powerful. Despite their size and limitations, in a mood of manic excitement, they picture themselves as being the absolute ruler of the world, of controlling everything, of killing all their enemies, of triumphing over everyone. They might stand on the kitchen table with a plastic sword and declare themselves to be the king or queen of the universe.

This – psychologists tell us – is entirely normal, indeed very healthy. In order to one day achieve a sound relationship between our hopes and our reality, our ambition and our constraints, we all need a chance to befriend our fantasies of complete power and control. We need not to be scared of our own ambitions by having had an opportunity to take their full measure.

But how things develop from here depends on the surrounding environment. If parents are balanced and secure in themselves, they will be able to handle their child’s omnipotent moments with a benevolent smile. They can allow time for their expression and then gently and firmly suggest that it might now be time for the king or queen to head upstairs to bed. The omnipotent phase is both permitted and contained, laying the ground for an unfrightened relationship to our expansive self-determined impulses.

But not all of us are as fortunate. We may never have been allowed to express the egoism, aggression and triumphalism that have legitimate places inside all of us. The adults in the vicinity may have been so frightened of our potential and so inadequate in themselves, they never allowed us to roar – dooming us to a primitive fear of our strength.

We may now find ourselves excessively meak and cowed. We constantly suggest that we wouldn’t hurt a fly. We don’t want to show off in any way. We can’t bear to draw attention to ourselves. We sabotage our intelligence. We turn down opportunities for promotion. We dress in dour clothes. We call ourselves ‘shy.’

But this isn’t of course the whole story. Deep down we would love to win, impress, seduce and be admired, we want to tear our enemies to shreds, we would like to be President. But we haven’t been permitted to work out a mature balance between our competing forces. Triumphing in a measured and fruitful way seems to carry too high a price. We must become a mouse because someone took such fright at our first lion-like roars.

2. Only Failure can Bring Love

An associated explanation for self-sabotage lies in parents who subtly send out a perplexing message: only if you fail will you be loved.

While in most households, it’s the successes that are celebrated, in others, parental love seems only available when one is desperate and abject, pathetic and hurt.

It’s when one is ill or bullied, rejected and hounded that the unyielding and stern parent seems to melt. What stronger incentive then to make a mess of one’s life than to believe that we might thereby finally secure the parental love that we have always craved?

We ruin our chances because – at some level – they don’t feel like chances at all, rather harbingers of loneliness. By succeeding in the world, we feel we may lose the one thing that matters so much to us: the approval of those who put us on the earth.

3. A Search for Our True Selves

There are other households where the message is differently but equally dispiriting. The only route to love is through success. You will be loved, the child is indirectly told, if you win the races, the school prizes and later on the promotions and the titles. We will love you to the extent that you can be important in the eyes of others.

For a long time, we might follow the edicts dutifully. But at some point, perhaps when we are on the cusp of winning, there may come a moment of primitive rebellion. A part of us that longed to be loved not for doing but for being, not for achievement but for ourselves, turns against the part of us that has been so good at obedience and line towing.

We find ourselves insulting our boss, or failing our exams because we are in protest against the awful sacrifice that we have been forced into. Success doesn’t feel real. Behind our sabotage lies a poignant basic aspiration to be loved authentically. We burn down our worldly achievements in a search for the sincere love we have been owed since the start.

4. A Desire to Sabotage Someone else

We call it self-sabotage but behind the behaviour there might also lie a desire to hurt or sabotage someone else: the parental figure who didn’t love us for who we are, for whom our medals were more important than our defenceless, vulnerable selves.

As we ruin our professional chances, it may look as if we are trying to hurt our interests but in fact we may also be trying to upset – even if only in our imaginations – the person who set us on the treadmill of external validation many years before and who will now have nothing left to boast about to the neighbours. As we tear down our pedestal, we are aiming – somewhere inside – to correct an original injustice.

We know so much about the appeal of success. We may still be at the dawn of working out how much certain parts of us are – for a range of touching subterranean reasons – so compelled by failure.
