Dayton, Ohio; the Birthplace of Aviation is the home of the Wright Brothers.  It is also the home of the poet Paul Laurence Dunbar. 
 This picture of the Dayton, Ohio Skyline is located on the Salem Avenue and Edwin C. Moses Intersection of Dayton, Ohio.  I will admit that my hometown has changed tremendously since 2010. During that particular year, I arrived here on Thursday January 6, 2010.  On this particular day, it was snowing outside and I was in shock because the weather in Charlotte, NC was sunny and 65 degrees the day before.

Next, I want to inform all of you that I have been here for going on 16 years.  I will admit that Dayton’s population had decreased tremendously because of a lack of jobs and prospering businesses that have left the Dayton, Ohio Area.  When it comes to my hometown, the cost of living has remained the same.  This is a town of opportunity.  I love it here because I might not like how often the city busses are running, but I am safer here than in other cities that I have lived and visited in the past and present.

Further, I want to say that my hometown is a very good place to live.  I remember when my sister was alive, I used to stay with her for a while until I was able to get on my feet and walk.  Dayton, Ohio’s population had decreased because people were dissatisfied with the way things are right now.  Some might call this a molasses city.  I do not view my hometown as being extremely slow.  These are some of the comments that were made by members of the elite.

Moreover, I want to say that I have adapted here and I am very satisfied.  I really love the pace here in my hometown of Dayton, Ohio.  During the past 15 years, I have worked in at least a few jobs and I felt much better.  Dayton, Ohio has a population of about 140,000 people call Dayton, Ohio home.  Dayton, Ohio has a lot of things that anyone can do here for entertainment.  Dayton has a minor league team called the Dayton Dragons.  Dayton, Ohio to me, is a very good place to raise a family.

Finally, I want to say that Dayton, Ohio has six High Schools here inside of the city limits. The schools are as follows: Belmont, Dunbar, Meadowdale, Stivers and Thurgood Marshall and finally Ponitz High School.  The Public Transportation System in Dayton, Ohio is called the RTA, which stands for the Reginal Transportation Authority.  The people here are very friendly.  I want to say that I am able to receive community resources here in the Dayton, Ohio Area.  Where I have to go to receive services is called The Job Center.  The center itself is a part of the State of Ohio Department of Job and Family Services.  If I want to go to the annual Aviation Museum and Fair, I am able to go to the Dayton International Airport located in Vandalia, Ohio which is a Dayton suburb.  There are other museums that are here for entertainment and culture.  If you are able to visit the Dayton Ohio Area, you will enjoy it.
