The definition of online scamming is when a criminal who is online and takes advantage of another person with the use of a computer, cell phone, P.D.A., or telecommunications device. Online scamming has a lot to do with the use of money. Western Union and Money-gram are the best methods of receiving money from their victims. Banks such as Fifth-Third, Chase Manhattan, and Bank of America is examples of banks that receive Western Union Wire Funds transactions.

Further, over half of the online scammers who are online taking advantage of others are men. The online scammers themselves are men and women who are using email addresses, physical addresses, and telephone numbers that do not belong to them. These online scammers usually use cell phone numbers from other countries or other cities that are cloned and copied onto their own cell phone or their own personal computer. Over 80% of the victims who are online who are scammed are men who are on websites that are hacked and utilized by online scammers each day. The online scammers themselves are men who are using women’s profiles on websites such as Yahoo, Black planet, Face book, MySpace, and Moco Space, and MySpace. Among the 80% of the victims who are scammed were using certain websites and were actively searching for a date or an online friend. For example, Blackplanet.Com has received the most complaints from their victims besides face book, MySpace, and Moco Space

Next, online scamming and human behavior are not intertwined. This is because this is classified as a crime that is in progress. This is a consumer fraud investigation. This is because mostly men who have been using women’s profiles on social networking websites such are classified as cyber-criminals. These men use the websites for the sole purpose of perpetrating crimes such as wire fraud, forgery, identity theft, identity fraud, and computer hacking. There are over 100,000 social networking websites that mostly men are accusers of the crimes themselves. There are crimes such as romance scams that men and women are involved in each day. There is a crime that exists when it pertains to social networking websites. This crime is called a romance scam. Romance scams are up in the United States by as high as 70% within the past 10 years. The victims themselves do not realize until the last minute that they have been completely fooled by the online scammers.

Moreover, when it comes to human behavior; men and women are solely responsible for engaging in behaviors that are appropriate or inappropriate. Human behavior indicates that most of our human behavior is learned. 80% of our behavior is learned or is observed through the use of imitating it. This means that we learn our behavior by watching someone else do it.

The men who scammed me out of $16,977 dollars are responsible for meeting me on Black Planet.Com from July 21, 2007 until February 26, 2010. These men were responsible for meeting me online and using the profiles of women that they did not know. The profiles that they have used were from women on Black planet.com who are still living inside of the United States. They lied throughout the whole entire time.

The men pretended to be from Accra, Ghana the whole entire time. Another thing that I have noticed is that my phone calls themselves came from phone numbers that were cloned and copied from the United States and other countries. From March 15, 2008 until February 26, 2010, the phone calls that I had received came from unavailable phone numbers or from Accra, Ghana. However, the crimes occurred in both Charlotte, NC and Dayton, Ohio. The men had pretended to be in Accra, Ghana but they were literally inside of the United States.

This is classified as a crime in progress because these suspects have not been apprehended. They operate out of 24 hour internet cafes inside of the United States. They are responsible for using women’s profiles and the women who the profiles belong to are totally unaware of it. I lost a lot of money simply because of men that are dishonest and incapable of giving another person a chance at happiness. I rely on God and close friends that support me in spite of what I have went through. I am sharing my story because I do not want anyone else to get hurt by the use of romance scams and online scammers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Online scamming takes place when a victim makes an agreement to send money to a certain person on Western Union or Money gram and this money is not returned to the victims. A victim of these types of scams will have to file fraud reports as well as file police reports as well. These are classified as crimes in process or crimes that are still in existence because the suspects are very hard to catch. It is very important that each person need to be very careful online because most of the women’s profiles online are usually hacked. Phishing targets people who have very little information or knowledge about computers and sucks them into giving them information, which is then accessed and used. It is human nature to feel bad for someone who is being taken advantage of, and often we do what we can to help them. Just because someone has little knowledge about something doesn’t mean someone should be able to take advantage of them and trick them into do something they would otherwise not do. Phishing is wrong, and anyone who is caught phishing should suffer consequences.

This person uses a computer to cut and paste pictures of women and transfer them into his own personal database. This person also confuses everyone just like Satan with his statements, and to tell you the truth, his location is unknown to the public and not to God.

A scammer is a person who also takes advantage of other people by deceiving them with his or her words. They also make promises that they do not keep. A scammer is also a person who uses a computer at times to gain money from innocent people. A computer scammer and hacker are two different people. Scammers and Hackers are online using women’s profiles to lure men into starting a conversation with them. Most of them wait until each woman is completely logged off their computers or their smart phones. Scammers do not really need a computer to take advantage of another person. They can use their sense of charm, wit, and intelligence to gain anything from another person. What make it very dangerous is that most of the women who are victims are women. They have to prove in a court of law that they are not involved in any illegal activities. The scammers and hackers who are online right now are active 24 hours per day. Most of the activity occurs between the hours of Midnight to 6:00AM.

The criminal element that is associated with this operation consists of individuals that are in a hierarchy system. There is a system of people who are high and low ranking officials when it comes to the online scamming criminal element. This is extremely serious because an average hacker and scammers who are involved in this operation and crime usually earn an average of $100,000 per week. This money comes from online fraud victims who really do not know that they are being taken advantage of until the last minute. There is an average of 25,000 reports each year to law enforcement of wire fraud, and social security fraud. This is because the victims themselves are being used and their information online is being used by scammers and hackers. Their email accounts and homepages are also used by hackers as soon as they log off their personal computers or cell phones.

The equipment that computer hackers and scammers use is thermal scanners, printers, laptops, computers, cell phones, and printers. The crimes that are committed are identity theft and fraud. What does it means to live inside of a changing society? This is a very great question to ask because of the changes that are being made on a daily basis by city, state, and federal government. Maybe, we need to look up the definition of the word society before I begin to expand on this particular subject. The meaning of the word society is; the community of people living in a particular region and having shared customs, laws, and organizations. This definition applies to all of us living inside of the planet earth. Although, it is not very easy living inside of the United States, simply because of its political system. Our political system consists of two chambers of government. For instance, our political system consists of the House of Representatives and the United States Senate. It also has a president as well as its cabinet members. This also include the the United States Supreme Court, which is the highest court of the country.

Society itself is really made up of the above defined institutions; however, it is not very easy living here because this country has became poor over the past 30 years. For example, inside of the United States, we have to borrow money from other countries in order to survive. The countries national debt is over 15 trillion dollars. This is very serious. How are we going to reduce this national debt? The countries resources have been depleted over the past 15 years. It has been drained because the government has run completely out of money when it comes to dealing with the poor and needy inside of this country.

How come our money is running out so fast? This is simply because of the mistakes from the past. There was an emphasis on military spending at one point; for so many years. This is because our country was at war with a subculture. A subculture is a group of people that make up of a larger one. For instance, terrorism among groups such as Al Qaeda and others must be stopped. This is very serious. However, our USA borders must be protected from drug cartels as well as any additional threats that exist inside of the country. What does it really mean to live inside of a changing society?

The answer to this question is inside of the Holy Bible in the Book of Mark the 13th chapter. It talks about the end of times. An example of this is in verses 8 and 9, which indicates that; for nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be earthquakes in various places, and there will be famine and troubles. These are the beginning of sorrows. In the 9th verse of Mark 13 says that but watch out for yourselves, for they will deliver you up to councils, and you will be beaten in the synagogues. You will be brought to rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony to them. There are wars that exist right now that will determine the outcome of things.

An example of this is the war on terrorism, which has been existence since 2001. This is simply because of one man’s plan to stop the United States and its allies from doing things in the Middle East. This man as well as its subculture group has been stopped in certain parts of the world. At this time, more work must be done to bring things to a complete end. Inside of the United States right now, there is a battle between the democrats and the republicans over the national budget.
These two groups of people which make up our members of congress cannot come to an agreement on anything at the moment. It is a shame that everyone is blaming the president for all of what is going on nationwide. It is not his fault. It is the other party who is stalling when it pertains to making political decisions for our fellow citizens. It is a shame that; the Republican Party is the only party nationwide that has been a thorn in the side of its fellow citizens. What does it mean to live here at the moment? An answer to this question is I would rather stay here rather than live anywhere else.

Although, I am treated like a slave inside of my own country at the moment, I would prefer to stay in spite of the treatment that I am receiving at this time. The Probate Court System inside of the Montgomery County here in Dayton, Ohio has me making annual appearances based on one alleged behavior that was never explained in court. I am still being punished for what I have done from my past. It really does not make any sense to me. I also have to take a forensic examination each year. All of these things really do not make any sense.

I really do not understand all of this!! I have to live here in spite of all of the problems that I have had in my past.
