I would like for you to please keep me in your prayers because I was released from Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio yesterday at 11:45am.  I am a person who has been suffering from seizures for over 45 years now.   It is not very easy dealing with Epilepsy and Diabetes right now.  I know that I am single with no children.  If it is the Lord’s Will,  I will be 60 years old on June 24th of this year. 

 I have been clean and sober for 35 years now.   My sobriety date is May 2, 1990.  I am an Author and Blogger right now.   I have been writing for over 28 years now.   I am currently living with my relatives right now because I have been evicted out of my apartment at Wentworth Hi Rise Apartments 2765 Wentworth Ave Dayton, Ohio 45406.  I am a grateful recovering alcoholic and a Born Again Christian Man.   I want to inform you that I have 42 nieces and nephews in my family.  I am a graduate from the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio; Class of 1993 and 1995 respectively.   I have written three books within a 23 year period.  My books are as follows:  Essays, My Grace is Sufficient for Me and The Best of Anthony Hopkins.   I graduated from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School in Dayton, Ohio on Tuesday June 10, 1986 at 7:00PM. 

  I graduated from high school with a 1.1 Grade Point Average.  I graduated from the University of Toledo with a 2.41 Grade Point Average.   I had earned a total of 235 credit hours as well as my Associates Degree in Applied Sciences in Social Services Technology on Saturday June 12, 1993.  I graduated from college with my Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies on Saturday June 17, 1995.  I also used to work inside of the University of Toledo William Carlson Library from December 15, 1992 through June 14, 1996.  I also worked at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte J. Murray Adkins Library from Monday March 5, 2001 through Wednesday April 9, 2009.  I have over 30 published manuscripts at the United States Copyright Office located in Washington, DC.  I attend the Fort McKinley United Methodist Church located on 3721 West Siebenthaler Avenue Dayton, Ohio 45406.  My hobbies are as follows: Reading, Writing, using computers, Traveling, and spending time with my family members and friends.

The Knowledge of Self

          I would like to start this essay off by asking a question.  What does it mean to have a knowledge of self?  The answer is the definition of the word self consists of the physical, mental, emotional, and environmental and a psychological entity that has a whole lot to do with God.  In Jeremiah 1:5 says before I formed you inside of the womb, I knew you.  I have sanctified you and ordained you as a prophet to the nations.  When it comes to our physical self, this has a whole lot to do with our body.  What the human body looks like and how we feel about ourselves personally.  When it comes to our mental self, this has an impact on universal feelings.  What we actually feel like among members of the rest of society is derived from the center of the brain called the conscious mind. 

          Romans 12:2 says do not conform to the patterns of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.  The question that you need to ask yourself is how do you feel about yourself today?  The environmental self has a lot to do with our community, society at large, and the things that we have learned from our families.  It also has a lot to do with our culture, friends, education, and church.  It has a lot to do with how well we adapt to our environment or city where we grew up right now.  A knowledge of self has a lot to do with the opinions of others. 

          The social self is the way we feel about ourselves every single day of our lives.  The social self has a lot to do with our relationship with Jesus Christ.  This has a lot to do whether or not we have accepted Jesus Christ as our personal savior.  Is God the center point of our life?  The social self consists of the inner person that communicates with us each day.  This inner person is called the Holy Spirit.  I call the Holy Spirit the persona; the inner person that communicates with us by giving us instruction and guidance throughout our daily lives.  The social self has a lot to do with the guidance that we have received from our parents.  A knowledge of self has a lot to do with our identities with ourselves and a solid foundation in Jesus Christ. 

          A knowledge of self has a lot to do with the emotions and psychological aspects in our personal lives.  The physical self on the other hand, has a lot to do with development within the womb of our mothers.  The knowledge of self is three fold.  It is determined how long we are going to live on earth by God.  A knowledge of self is determined and decided by God.  According to Psalms 56:8 says; Your number my wanderings, put my tears in your bottle, are they inside of your book?  This verse means that God is responsible for our actions, ways, and our course of action.  Psalms 139:16 says; your eyes saw my substance being yet unformed, and in your book they all were written, the days fashioned for me when as yet there were none of them.

 This verse means that God knows exactly how long we are going to live on earth.  The knowledge of self is determined by God in advance.  Therefore, man cannot determine he is going to live on earth.  Man’s time on earth is temporary.  Philippians 3:20 says for our citizenship is in heaven from which we also eagerly wait for the savior the Lord Jesus Christ.

You would call and I would answer you.  You would have a desire to the work of your hands.  God will answer you.  What makes God happy is that you are willing to work with your hands.  God is watching over us now and forever.  God will take care of all of those who call Him in honesty and in truth.

Second, for now thou numberest my steps: dost thou not watch over my sin?  Is this true that God will not watch over our sins?  That literally hurt me because I thought that God would tell me no in the process.  I really didn’t know that God will not watch over our sins.  I am really hurt because I didn’t not have my father watching over me.  I had a stepfather watching over me and my family members.  I will admit that he was drunk with alcohol and wine.  He used to beat on all of us for nothing.  He used a stick and a belt to punish all of us.  My mother did a great job raising her nine children by herself.

Finally I am very happy that my mother is still available and Jesus Christ as well.  My mother did a lot great job raising her nine children.  My mother wanted me to become a father of children. I constantly debated with my mother because she got tired of me whipping my neices and nephews in the same way my stepfather used to whipped me and my brothers and sisters.  I am very fortunate that I didn’t have any children.  God is watching over me and everyone else on Earth.  I no longer punish kids.  I will send them to Scared Straight in Downtown Dayton Ohio. 

I would like to inform everyone that I am very happy to realize that God has a plan as well as a purpose for everyone who exist on Planet Earth. I only earned a Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Toledo on Saturday June 17, 1995 at 10:00AM. Honestly, I graduated from high school with a D Average. Therefore, I asked God to help me with my school work. I might not be the President of the United States, but I am a person who has a lot of common sense. My humble beginnings occurred in Dayton, Ohio 60 years ago. I know it is not about what you have, it is what you do with what God has blessed you with. As long as you have what you have earned, it is what you do with what God has given you. According to John 3:27 & Matthew 6:8 States that God knows the things that you need long before we can ask Him. Therefore, everything that we receive already belongs to God. I am very happy just being myself. I am not famous, but I am happy being myself. My allegiance is God First, Man Second, and myself last. Love Your Neighbor as you love yourself. God Loves You and God is always with us 🙏 💛 ❤️. God is doing for us more than we are doing for ourselves.
